Independent retailer begins total liquidation March 19
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 16, 2026) — JaxCo Furniture & Bedding will close its doors permanently. Owner Mike McCann announced the final liquidation sale opens to the public March 19 and the building is for lease.
McCann cited lease expiration and challenging market conditions for the closure.
JaxCo Furniture & Bedding opened in 2019 with the goal of helping customers furnish their homes with quality products at accessible prices. Over the past seven years, the independent retailer established itself as a premier destination for whole-home furnishings, offering thoughtfully selected collections for customers at every stage of life. The company also earned a reputation for attentive customer service and dedication to giving back to the community, demonstrated by McCann’s involvement with local church and charitable organizations.

JaxCo Furniture & Bedding going-out-of-business sale begins Thursday at 9978 Atlantic Blvd. across from Regency Mall.
